Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Duration: Initially one term (potential to extend)
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant EYFS setting in a well-regarded primary school. You will be working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development, with a particular focus on children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will play a vital role in helping pupils thrive during a crucial stage of their education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to EYFS pupils, including those with SEN
Assist in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Help with classroom organisation and resource preparation
We are looking for someone who:
Has EYFS classroom experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
Is confident supporting children with SEN, including speech & language, autism or developmental delay
Is enthusiastic, patient and proactive
Has a valid DBS (or willing to apply through Teaching Personnel)
Is committed to supporting early education with care and professionalism
