Hours of work: 7.30am 3.30pm Monday Friday
Salary: up to £38,000 dependant on experience

The job role
Join a reputable organisation within the Central Engineering Services team at the Drinnick Distribution Centre.
Be a key player in maintaining efficient and compliant logistics and storage operations.
Lead and support a dedicated team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental performance.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities across the Distribution Centre.
Lead and motivate a team of store people/drivers to meet operational goals.
Maintain compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
Oversee the receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of materials.
Conduct and manage COSHH and risk assessments for store activities.
Support stock control and regular inventory checks, including satellite stores.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

You will:
Have a valid Forklift Truck Licence
Be experienced in overhead crane, slinging and lifting
Certified in IOSH or equivalent health & safety training
Proven experience in a stores or warehouse environment
Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role
Confident using SAP ERP systems
Basic IT skills, including use of Google Suite
Full UK Driving Licence required
