Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finance & Systems Administrator to manage and support all finance and business operation.
This role requires excellent communication, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, strong attention to detail and keen problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Update of systems including:
* Fresh Projects (Time Sheets & Expenses)
* Xero (Invoices and Purchase order Numbers)
* Contract Zen / Hubdoc (Documentation
General Finance Support:
* CTR template preparation
* Process subcontractor invoices, and reconcile with timesheets
* Update cashflow with daily bank transactions
* Update cashflow with PL and SL invoices
* Month end balance sheet reconciliation inclusive of prepayment and fixed asset
* Month end bank and credit card reconciliation
* Quarterly check on VAT return (for correct VAT treatment)
* Assist with year end reconciliation and supporting documents
General Administration support
* Telephone answering
* Office stationery procurement
* Post and packages dispatch
* Shredding, scanning & photocopying
* Document typing and formatting (MS Office)
* Liaise with external providers (e.g., HR), clients and Codex remote staff.
* Support electronic filing and document control (e.g., adobe sign)
* Support of slide preparation and presentation for internal meetings
Skills (Desirable)
* IT competency - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Specialist software application training or familiarisation (as required BreatheHR,, Xero, MS Visio, Hubdoc, Contract Zen, Fresh Projects etc).
* Possible finance qualification such as AAT
* Works within the company Quality Management System and within the ISO 9001:2015 framework.
* Demonstrate awareness of ISO 14001:2015
* Demonstrate awareness of ISO/IEC 17020:2012 by working independently and impartially.
Skills (Required)
* GCSE Maths & English (C Grade Minimum)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £25,800.00-£34,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
