The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end. How you’ll make an impact: Assist Prepare and implement SWMS, Task Hazard Review Cards, and conduct HSEQ inspections to ensure WHS compliance. Plan, monitor, and supervise electrical and mechanical works to meet WHS, Environmental, and Quality requirements. Work with Engineers to develop and deliver short-term programs, including resource allocation and sequencing of works. Manage and coordinate electrical and mechanical crews, plant, and subcontractors across multiple work fronts. Conduct effective team and subcontractor meetings, including pre-starts and toolbox talks, to communicate upcoming works. Complete daily reporting, including diaries, timesheets, and productivity records, and support project administration for claims and variations. Your key qualities: Significant experience delivering civil infrastructure construction projects, with demonstrated capability in mechanical and/or electrical works. Significant experience managing large-scale civil construction activities across multiple trades/disciplines or as a technical specialist in a core trade/discipline. Recognised skills in managing Work Health and Safety and Environmental legislative and procedural requirements Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging pre-starts and toolbox talks Ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications for all trades, including layout plans and schematic drawings. Capable of understanding detailed programs and contributing to the development of programming detail. Certificate III, Certificate IV, trade qualifications, or substantial advancement towards achievement.
