Senior General Manager Role
* Full accountability for a complex, high:volume site with 8 distinct revenue streams
* Acting as the face of the business, highly visible, engaging with guests, team, and stakeholders
* Driving commercial performance, growth, and operational excellence
* Leading, developing, and inspiring a large, multi:layered team
* Overseeing all aspects of the operation including finance, marketing, people, and guest experience
* Working closely with ownership on strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement
Right Person
* Proven experience as a Senior General Manager or similar in a high:volume, multi:faceted environment
* Strong commercial acumen with full P and L responsibility
* A natural leader who leads from the floor and thrives in a front:facing role
* Experience managing complex operations with multiple revenue streams
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act decisively
* Passionate about people, culture, and guest experience
* Resilient, hands:on, and comfortable operating at pace
