Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive Location: Doncaster Salary: £35,000-£55,000 Working Arrangement: Full-time or Part-time & Flexible working arrangements The Opportunity CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a well-established and respected law firm in Doncaster who are looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with strong private client experience to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers flexibility and can be undertaken on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role will see you work alongside an experienced solicitor with oversight of the department and involve working in a supervisory nature to two paralegals/trainees. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including: Drafting Wills Probate applications Estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Inheritance Tax and estate planning matters General private client advisory work About You Previous experience handling Wills & Probate matters is essential Ability to manage your own caseload independently Strong client care and communication skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A professional and team-oriented approach Experience Level Applications are welcomed from candidates at all PQE levels, provided you have relevant private client experience.
