Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (EBD)
Sheringham, Norfolk
Up to £46,000 per annum
12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Immediate Start Available
Looking for a fresh challenge where you can truly make a difference? We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a vibrant, 4-bed EBD home in the beautiful coastal town of Sheringham, Norfolk!

What You'll Be Doing:
As Registered Manager, you'll be the heart of the home - supporting your team, guiding practice, and making sure every child receives the high-quality, personalised care they deserve.
Leading your team to deliver exceptional, trauma-informed care
Creating a safe, supportive and homely environment for children to grow and thrive
Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and care regulations
Building strong relationships with professionals to support young people in crisis
Promoting positive behaviour, resilience, and independence
Managing resources and day-to-day operations efficiently and with purpose
Championing open, effective communication across the board
What We're Looking For:
You're not just a manager - you're a role model, mentor, and motivator. Ideally, you'll bring:
A minimum Level 3 qualification in a childcare-related field
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to complete within 2 years)
2+ years' experience in children's residential care (within the last 5 years)
At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
A strong understanding of the needs of children with EBD and trauma histories
A passion for championing young people's voices and potential
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
