Scheduling engineers, planning orders and managing clients - essentially you decide who or what needs to go to where to get the job done.
In your new Engineering Coordinator you'll be the control hub for our network of Engineers out and about in the UK; planning their schedules, booking them into client sites, ordering parts and processing their reports. Alongside the planned works you'll also be the first point of call for our clients when they need a quick quote or have a sudden breakdown which needs fixing.
If you've coordinating Engineers, worked on an FM helpdesk or scheduled facilities work before we'd love to hear from you! If you've used Sage before that would be a bonus.
To enjoy this role you'll need to be a people person who can handle a lot of spinning plates, we can get really busy so there's always something going on.
