The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Product Implementation Lead to drive seamless onboarding and adoption of the Pittbos platform for our asphalt and aggregates clients. As a subject matter expert in mix design and quality control, you’ll deliver white-glove onboarding experiences, support sales through impactful product demos, and provide field insights to shape our platform’s future. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role for someone passionate about blending industry expertise with cutting-edge technology.
What You’ll Do
* Lead Onboarding & Adoption: Deliver tailored, in-person onboarding experiences, guiding clients through mix design setup, cost modeling, and workflow configuration to achieve platform activation within 4–5 days and full adoption of core features within 60 days.
* Support Sales: Conduct engaging product demonstrations (remote and on-site) to support the sales team, maintaining a high win rate on deals involving demos and seamlessly transitioning prospects to onboarding.
* Act as Industry Expert: Serve as the go-to authority on asphalt mix design, quality control, and cost modeling, addressing high-level customer inquiries and ensuring specification compliance.
* Drive Product Innovation: Relay field insights to our product team to inform platform enhancements, bridging customer needs with development priorities.
* Build Relationships: Foster strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention, acting as a trusted partner throughout their Pittbos journey.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in asphalt and aggregates quality control at the plant level.
* 5+ years of experience developing asphalt and aggregate mix designs.
* 2+ years of experience in asphalt installation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with technical professionals in the asphalt industry.
* Comfort with modern software tools and a willingness to embrace technology.
* Ability to travel 25–50% (primarily within New England and Eastern U.S.).
* Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Materials, or Construction), experience with construction tech or estimating software, or a background in SaaS implementation, technical training, or customer success.
