This is a key leadership role within the Workplace team, ensuring the delivery of a seamless, high-quality service environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
You'll manage a small team and take ownership of a broad range of services-from cleaning, mailroom, and security access, to contractor management, preventative maintenance and workplace compliance. * Act as the go-to person for workplace services, ensuring swift resolution of issues while planning for preventative maintenance.
* Oversee supplier relationships, monitor service delivery, and ensure compliance with contracts and evolving regulatory standards.
* Support wider health & safety initiatives, audits, and life-safety procedures including fire evacuations and building security.
* Champion a customer-first mindset across all workplace touchpoints, driving service improvements through feedback and innovation.
What You'll Bring:

* Proven experience leading front-of-house or workplace operations teams in a professional services or high-end environment.
* Confident in using CAFM systems and coordinating with external contractors and service providers.
* Able to think strategically while remaining hands-on-comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.
* Solutions-focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
* IOSH Managing Safely certification
* Awareness of water hygiene and COSHH regulations
* Experience with SMART building technology is a plus
In return, you'll join a progressive and forward-thinking organisation that invests in its people. You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary and bonus, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative environment that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous development.
