Head Chef, Malmaison – Belfast
£44k per year / 45hrs Full Time / Permanent

Responsibilities
* Ensure every dish is perfect and develop the team around you, setting the tone for each service.
* Lead kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency and cost control.
* Collaborate with suppliers to source local and seasonal products.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar quality establishment and in similar sized branded properties.
