Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a reliable and compassionate Office & Accounts Administrator to join our client’s team in a supportive role within their well established family run funeral care business.
This part‑time Office & Accounts Administrator position involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
1. Administration of bills, payments, and petty cash
2. Answering the telephone and welcoming visitors
3. Assisting directors with day‑to‑day duties
4. Greeting families with care and professionalism
5. Handling the collection of cremated remains and memorial items
6. Supporting Chapel of Rest visits

8. Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
9. Smart, professional appearance with excellent telephone and face‑to‑face manner
10. Previous industry experience is helpful but not essential

The working hours for this position are flexible across 3 or 4 days and is fully office based. Salary is competitive and the successful candidate will also be eligible for a weekly and annual staff bonus.
