We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.
This role offers variety and fun, allowing you to meet people from around the world and help them enjoy our tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, and customer service experience.
As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will proactively promote ticket sales for sightseeing tours covering London's main attractions. You are expected to provide excellent customer service, promote our products, and offer local advice.
Experience and Skills
* Passion and flair for excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
* High standards of presentation, punctuality, and teamwork.
* Results-oriented with a passion for sales.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Job Specifics
* Seasonal short-term contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities after a successful first season. Contract duration is flexible.
* Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
* Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
* Availability for peak season from April to August.
* Pay rate: £13 per hour, increasing to £13.52 from 31 March 2025. Commission opportunities are available, averaging £20–£40 daily based on personal sales, with potential for higher earnings during peak season.
