The Opportunity
As Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind a full suite of FM services, covering:
* Hard & Technical Services
* Soft FM
* Security
* Catering
* Project Delivery
* Workplace Experience
You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage end‑to‑end operational delivery, and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term strategic direction. Your leadership will ensure exceptional service, robust compliance, commercial growth, and an outstanding workplace experience for thousands of users.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
* Champion a culture of excellence, ensuring all contractual KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently achieved
* Build, nurture, and elevate senior-level client relationships, acting as the trusted partner for all operational and strategic matters
* Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, development, and succession planning
* Oversee all technical and statutory compliance across a complex, high-risk estate
* Ensure effective management of suppliers and subcontractors, optimising value, quality, and delivery
* Drive commercial outcomes, including P&L ownership, cost efficiencies, and long-term growth opportunities
* Implement forward-thinking initiatives that enhance service delivery, innovation, and customer experience
What You’ll Bring
* Strong leadership experience within Total FM or Technical FM environments
* Expertise in managing M&E and critical infrastructure across complex estates
* Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation, compliance frameworks, and safe systems of work
* Ability to create and embed best-in-class SOPs and EOPs for high‑risk or technical environments
* Proven track record in developing high-performance FM and engineering teams
* Confident communicator with the presence to influence senior stakeholders and provide expert guidance
* Experience delivering large-scale capital or infrastructure projects on time and on budget
* Commercially astute with a passion for improving service, driving value and strengthening partnerships
