Role Description
This full‑time on‑site role is for a Supervising Social Worker located in the Harrow area. The role provides direct support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver high‑quality care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and prepare reports.
* Manage a caseload of foster families.
* Facilitate effective communication between carers and Local Authorities.
* Attend meetings, provide training, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications
* Strong skills in assessment, case management, and report writing.
* Knowledge of child safeguarding, fostering standards, and social work practices.
* Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
* Ability to guide, mentor, and support foster carers and children.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
* A recognised social work qualification and active HCPC registration.
* Previous experience working within the fostering sector or with children and families is highly desirable.
* Commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and supporting children’s development.
