Role: Campaign Insights Analyst
Contract: Permanent
Location: Nottingham, Beeston - Full-time

What You'll Be Doing:
* Analyse data from multiple sources to identify optimum audiences for our marketing campaigns.
* Build targeted campaign selections and assess results across various channels, including email, direct mail, app, and social media.
* Translate your findings into actionable insights that will help shape future strategies.
* Collaborate with teams across the business to enhance customer outcomes.
* Continuously improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves):
* Relevant experience or a degree with strong quantitative elements (e.g., Maths, Physics, Geography, Psychology).
* The ability to translate business questions into analytical problems and develop scalable solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex results to non-technical audiences.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive approach to investigating potential issues.
* The ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while building rapport with marketing teams.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
* Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
* Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI).
* Knowledge of targeting, optimisation, or measurement of marketing activity (e.g., Adobe Campaign).
* Experience with relational databases and working with large structured and unstructured data sets.
* A proven track record of delivering results in a commercial environment.
