The role:
1. Lead the design, development, and delivery of special-purpose welding machinery
2. Manage multiple projects from concept through to build, installation, and commissioning (cradle to grave)
3. Produce detailed 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Materials
4. Engage in hands-on assembly and manufacturing support
