This service opened Summer 2024, and consists of 6 individual flats, with communal spaces. The service supports 6 females requiring a wide range of support from emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms, and being able to express their true selves. The ideal people will have a passion for working with people with enduring mental health, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge and the willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support.
Responsibilities
You will receive full support and training in your new role, to ensure you can provide the best quality of care to those you are supporting.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with people with enduring mental health, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge, and a willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support.
You will be eligible to apply subject to satisfactory completion of our pre-employment compliance standards. This includes all standard checks required for employment.
