I have had a fantastic opportunity come onto my desk this week which would fit an experienced Production Manager with Print industry experience.
Responsibilities :
1. Managing a team of up to 30 production staff
2. Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
3. In charge of Production planning and delivery scheduling
4. Recruiting for the department when need be
5. Implementing continuous improvements
6. In charge of Sickness, KPI management, standard return to work procedures
7. Investigating Non conformances
8. Managing costs in the department
To be considered for this posiiton you will be an experienced Production Manager who has worked within the print industry.
