Job Description:
An Independent school in Brent requires a dedicated Computing Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary, part-time position. The right Computing Teacher will deliver engaging computing lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4. We need someone to start immediately.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Computing Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum.
* Prepare students for upcoming assessments.
* Develop students' computational thinking and programming skills.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development of computing resources.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Computing.
* Proven experience teaching computing at secondary level.
* Strong programming skills and knowledge of computer science concepts.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
* Availability to start ASAP on a part-time basis.
