Specific responsibilities include:
* Provide technical Pensions Administration services, including calculating and making payments of scheme benefits.
* Train and mentor junior team members, helping expand their technical knowledge.
* Check and approve work of other team members.
* Apply benefit structures, trust deed & rules, and pensions legislation.
* Support the Administration Manager to meet departmental deadlines.
* Handle queries from HMRC and DWP, and liaise with clients, scheme actuaries, and third parties.
* Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
* Respond to technical member queries via phone, email, and letter.
This role is ideal for individuals with previous DB Pensions Administration experience seeking to develop their technical and supervisory skills within a supportive company environment.
