Design Manager / Senior Design Manager – East Midlands Permanent or Freelance Considered We’re working with a well-established East Midlands construction business that continues to secure a strong pipeline of work across the region. As a result, they’re looking to bring in an experienced Design Manager to support delivery across a range of projects. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail while still taking ownership of the wider design process. The Role: You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to project delivery. Working closely with commercial, operational, and external consultant teams, you’ll ensure designs are compliant, buildable, and delivered on programme. Projects are varied and include commercial, industrial, and mixed-use schemes across the East Midlands.
