Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for your next challenge with a forward‑thinking M&E contractor? This is an excellent opportunity to join one of South Wales’ most respected building services teams, delivering landmark commercial, healthcare, education and mixed‑use developments across the region.
You’ll play a key role in the pre‑construction and tendering process, working on projects from concept to submission. This position offers both autonomy and collaboration, with a supportive estimating and design team around you and a clear route into senior management for those with ambition.
The Role
* Prepare accurate and detailed electrical estimates for a variety of major projects
* Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications
* Manage enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
* Support bid submissions and attend adjudication meetings
* Collaborate closely with the mechanical estimating team and pre‑construction department
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the building services industry
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in commercial and industrial projects
* Confident with estimating software (e.g. Amtech, Estimation, Contract Master) and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
