Receptionist Temporary to Permenant Monday 13:00pm - 18:30pm Wednesday 14:00pm - 18:30pm Thursday 08:00am - 18:30pm Friday 08:00am - 18:30pm £12.21 per hour. Job Duties: Provide an efficient, courteous & responsive. Ensure all data is comprehensive & available to all team members. Carry out a range of administrative tasks, including word & excel. Order & maintain & keep inventories of stationery & equipment supplies. Be actively involved in individual cases. What you’ll need: Computer literate, (use of Microsoft office, word, excel & PowerPoint) Enthusiasm to work in a busy, varied and fast paced working environment. Happy with a customer facing role. Flexibility as and when required. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Good organisation skills Good numeracy & literacy skills Able to work well as part of a team.
