Job Description
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming ASOS product operations, enabling smarter, faster and more efficient ways of working. You’ll join our existing Business Operations team, focusing on driving efficiencies through automation and AI-powered solutions, reducing manual effort and supporting scalability across buying and merchandising operations.
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will:
1. Analyse current workflows and activities (, PO amendments, product classification) to identify automation opportunities
2. Design and implement AI-driven solutions, such as Copilot agents, to streamline processes
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Data, Operations) to deliver scalable automation initiatives
4. Champion innovation by introducing tools and technologies that transform repetitive tasks into automated workflows
Key Responsibilities
5. Conduct process analysis and map “as-is” and “to-be” workflows
6. Identify and prioritise automation opportunities based on business impact
7. Develop and deploy AI agents with Copilot and low-code/no-code solutions (, Power Automate, Power Apps)
8. Build prototypes and wireframes to translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions
9. Track and report efficiency gains and performance metrics
10. Support change management, including communication, training and adoption of new tools
Qualifications
You will have...
11. Proven experience in process automation and workflow optimisation
12. Hands-on experience building Microsoft Copilot agents and familiarity with AI-driven automation
13. Proficiency in tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and scripting languages (, Python, R)
14. Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualisation (Power BI)
15. Ability to translate operational needs into practical, data-driven solutions
16. Prior experience in automating customer care workflows or similar high-volume operational processes (desirable)
