We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic early years teaching assistantto join our team, supporting children in both nursery and reception to achieve their full potential both academically and socially. This may be working 1-2-1 with a child, supporting intervention groups or working in the classroom.
Required to start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will:
• Have a level 3 qualification
• Have experience working with early year’s children in a school setting.
• Have a sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Demonstrate high expectations for learning and behaviour.
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, including intervention and small group work.
• Be proactive, flexible, and committed to contributing to our school community.
