Based in Abersoch in North Wales, the St Tudwals Inn is one of the oldest Inns in the village and is a very popular destinations for both locals and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team
Design and develop seasonal menus
Oversee food preparation and ensure high standards of presentation
Manage stock, ordering, and food costs
Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
Train and develop kitchen team members
Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong leadership and communication skills
Creative approach to menu development
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to perform under pressure
