Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a residential childrens home. The Deputy Manager will assist in the day-to-day management, ensuring the highest standards of care and providing leadership to the staff team. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to creating a positive environment for children and young people.

Compensation and Benefits:
* £16.93 p/h (doe) + £55 per sleep

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the residential childrens home.
2. Support the Registered Manager in leading and managing the staff team, providing supervision, guidance, and training.
