Duties and Responsibilities

* Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs the military and civilian human resources and fiscal programmatic activities.
* Serves as the personnel strategic planner and resource development/allocation manager.
* Performs budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analysis and cost analyses of multi-year funding needs for one or more future budget years.
* Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships.

* Total salary varies depending on location of position
