Assistant Estates Valuation Surveyor

Full Time / 37 Hours Per Week / Permanent

What you’ll be doing
You’ll inspect and value properties across a broad portfolio for letting, acquisition, disposal, and management, aligning with RICS standards. You’ll handle financial management of budgets, service charges, and evaluate proposals for transactions or schemes related to existing or new properties. You’ll also manage internal customers and tenants, addressing enquiries about repairs, liabilities, service charges, and rent payments.
What you’ll need
You should be a qualified Commercial Real Estate Surveyor (BSc or MSc) with practical experience in property management, lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, and estate management, including acquisition, valuation, and disposal. Full RICS membership and progress towards Chartership are essential. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to work effectively under pressure.
