BESS Engineer Battery Storage & Power Generation
Rugby + UK-wide field work
Up to £45,000 + overtime
Were hiring a BESS Engineer to join a growing energy solutions business working across battery energy storage systems and power generation.
This is a hands-on role combining workshop-based work in Rugby with national site visits and reactive call-outs.
The Role
* Fault-finding, repair, and maintenance of BESS & generators
* Workshop repairs and UK-wide field service
* Working with Victron systems
* Electrical testing and diagnostics
* Customer-facing service delivery
What Were Looking For
* 2+ years hands-on BESS / power generation experience
* Strong electrical fault-finding skills
* Experience with Victron systems (preferred)
* Flexible with travel and staying away when required
* NVQ Electrical / Plant Maintenance (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
