About the role
The new Regional HR Business Partner joins Churchill at an exciting time as we enter our next growth phase. You will support our 5 regions by partnering with regional leaders and consulting on all HR areas to drive business results.
The role will be primarily office-based with regular travel to our regions.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with business growth and HR objectives
2. Supporting managers on all people-related matters
3. Collaborating with our Senior L&D Partner to enhance employee performance
4. Acting as a coach and mentor to managers to foster a supportive and recognition-rich environment
5. Using HR data and analytics to support initiatives and guide discussions
6. Monitoring salary benchmarking and benefits
7. Working with head office on workforce planning
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an HR generalist capacity, enjoys detail, and seeks to influence and innovate.
About you
We seek a highly motivated individual passionate about people and HR's role in a progressive, commercial company.
You value building relationships and enjoy working in a people-centric environment with strong values and a positive culture.
You are flexible to travel and understand the importance of supporting a multi-location workforce.
You are forward-thinking, capable of translating business needs into practical HR solutions that enhance culture and employee engagement.
You are a qualified CIPD member or equivalent, with sound HR knowledge and experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
