We are recruiting a Training Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for scheduling and managing training events within the office and on site at their clients offices. We are ideally seeking a candidate with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organisational skills are essential. In this role, you will be required to: * Coordinate and schedule training events in line with agreed timelines. * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment. * Order materials and prepare all course content, including handouts and technical requirements. * Accurately log all information in the CRM system. * Troubleshoot any on-site issues by collaborating with relevant departments. * Book venues, trainers, accommodation, and travel.
