The Role

The successful candidate will have a personalised development plan and will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our key client.
Role and responsibilities
* Ownership of Statement of Work and PO Process: Ensure all client documents are completed and returned in a timely manner.
* Client Data Management: Maintain accuracy in our VMS
* SLA Monitoring: Track recruitment SLAs and alert the Customer Experience Lead (CEL) to any potential issues.
* Opportunity Development: Collaborate with the CEL, Customer Experience Director (CED) and Sales Lead to support with identifying and developing strategic opportunities.
* Service Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Peregrine RTD services, including value-added services, to support strategic account development.
* Gap Analysis: Identify gaps both internally and for the client, and report back to CEL, CED and Sales Lead
* Regular Reporting: Provide information, data, and feedback during regular meetings with the CEL, Consultant Experience Manager (CEM) and CED
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy across VMS, Statement of Work, and Excel trackers.
* Client Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of client objectives and challenges.
* Administrative Support: Assist the CEL and Sales Lead with administrative tasks.

* Adaptability: Confident in managing conflicting demands and changing priorities while working on multiple activities concurrently.
* Written Communication: Excellent written English skills.
