Financial Planner & Analyst Overview
An opportunity has become available for a Financial Planner & Analyst to join this renowned company, who have an online and bricks & mortar presence. You will work closely with the Head of FP&A and the Finance Director in developing the strategic plans as well as reporting of performance, within key sections of the business including ecommerce, distribution centre, stores and central control costs.
Financial Planner & Analyst Responsibilities
1. Overview of monthly management accounts for retail, logistics and central costs
2. Production of weekly trading pack
3. Production of budgets, forecasts and latest views
4. Production and analysis of stores and ecommerce P&Ls
5. Monthly review meetings with budget holders
6. Quarterly store by store review meetings with Regional Managers
7. Production of monthly P&L packs
8. Provide financial management information to senior management in respect of strategic and operational decisions
Financial Planner & Analyst Skills and Experience
9. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly due to the impact on cash forecasting
10. Previous management experience
11. Strong Microsoft Excel skills
12. Excellent communication skills
