Your Role:
As a Transport Administrator, you'll collaborate closely with managers, various departments, and the wider team to create seamless solutions that enhance our delivery service. This is an onsite position, requiring your presence during critical operational hours on rotating shifts. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Support drivers post-delivery by ensuring thorough debriefs and accurate performance metrics.
* Manage filing and paperwork preparation with precision.
* Communicate professionally via phone, handling both incoming and outgoing calls with confidence.
* Utilize your computer skills to enter data and process invoices and credit notes.

* Strong communication skills and previous customer service experience in a dynamic setting.
