We're looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated individual to join our client's small and supportive administration team. Whether you're just starting your career or have some previous admin experience, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a professional and fast-paced environment.
__ Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and directing them to the relevant person or team
Monitoring shared admin inboxes and responding to broker queries and referrals (we aim to respond by the end of each working day)
Assisting with daily diary entries, including processing declarations and following up on outstanding documents
Supporting the processing of new and renewed insurance policies - including diarising declarations, assigning endorsements and rates, and issuing invoices to brokers
_ What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
