Receptionist 8.30am - 4.30pm Ladybank, Fully onsite We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join a well established property company. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with invoicing and data entry and is comfortable supporting the front-of-house function as needed. Key Responsibilities: Inputting data accurately into accounting systems Generating and processing invoices Supporting the finance team with general administration Managing ad-hoc queries from clients and colleagues Answering incoming calls and directing them as appropriate (low volume) Monitoring and responding to general email enquiries Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar administrative or finance support role Confident using QuickBooks and/or Xero (desired) High attention to detail and accuracy Friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookPlease apply or contact Millie for more information - OR (phone number removed) INDPERM
