Role: Building Futures Administrator as part of the halow project, a charity providing support to adults with learning disabilities. Location: Our head office is based in central Guildford where this role will be based (hybrid working available). Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Salary: £23,920 Annual Leave: 33 days pro-rata, inclusive of bank holidays. Training: You will receive fully paid training supplementing any previously completed relevant training, with further development opportunities also available to progress your role and career. We are seeking a Building Futures Administrator to work within our learning programme, Building Futures, to proactively deliver first class administrative support. This role is vital in enabling the team to deliver our educational services and provide support to adults with learning disabilities and autism across Surrey. Responsibilities: Document management including preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form Dealing with queries on the phone and by email Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms/venues Supporting management with event booking and planning Supporting staff rota planning and holiday requests Organising department expenses and receipts for payment by accounts department Arranging post and deliveries Taking minutes at meetings Typing up letters and reports Updating computer records using a database Demonstrate experience of working in an administration support role. Experience of liaising with external organisations to complete venue and activity bookings. All positions are subject to a basic DBS check and suitable references.
