Your new role
This caretaker job is full-time and will consist of:
1. Cleaning duties
2. Maintain any locks and security/fire doors
3. General maintenance
4. General ground works
5. Moving equipment and furniture
6. Keyholder responsibilities
7. Ensure the school is safe for all stakeholders
8. Recognised qualifications/substantial experience in a suitable trade, would be wee to apply
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will:
9. Be able to work independently.
10. Have strongmunication skills.
11. Maintenance skills
12. Handy person experience (Ideal).
13. Legionella trained. (Desirable)
14. Joiner/Maintenance
15. Be proactive
This job is a temporary position, we will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo a DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
