About the Role
As a Digital Workplace Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and deliver smart, user-focused digital solutions. You'll be instrumental in driving the adoption of modern workplace tools and enhancing operational efficiency through technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and user stories
* Design and implement digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
* Support and enhance existing systems and tools
* Lead small-scale digital projects and contribute to larger transformation initiatives
* Promote digital adoption and best practices across the organisation
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a business analyst or similar IT role
* Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis or similar qualification
* Experience working in agile environments is desirable.
