Responsibilities
:
1. Procurement and negotiation of subcontract packages
2. Cost planning, budget management and financial reporting
3. Preparation of monthly valuations and cost reports
4. Management of subcontractor accounts and variations
5. Supporting commercial oversight across multiple projects
6. Working with technical and buying teams to drive efficiencies
7. Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
Requirements:
8. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector
9. Residential or housing experience preferred
10. Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
11. Strong negotiation and communication skills
12. Commercially aware with a proactive and organised approach
