No 15 minute calls. Our calls are an hour or longer to provide sufficient time to provide high quality care.

As one of our CAREGivers, you will receive:

As the role is completely community based, it is essential that you have access to flexible transport to ensure you can get to visits in a timely manner.
Qualifications
You do not need any previous experience or particular qualifications in order to become a Care Professional, as we will provide industry leading training to get you up to speed. However, we do look for people with the following:
11. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships with our clients
12. Basic cooking skills
13. Bags of compassion, and a passion for supporting others
14. Genuine interest in becoming a part of a caring, mission led organisation, who pride themselves on delivering an outstanding service
