An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Pastry Chef to join the culinary team of a luxury hotel boasting a prestigious 2 AA Rosette restaurant near beautiful Looe.
We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-driven Pastry Chef who thrives in a high-quality kitchen environment. This is a chance to put your stamp on an innovative menu that celebrates seasonal, locally sourced produce, working alongside an inspiring brigade of chefs.

Key Responsibilities
5. Preparing fresh, high-quality pastry items daily
6. Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
7. Maintaining smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
8. Upholding all health & safety and food hygiene policies
9. Delivering consistent, high-level service
10. Demonstrating enthusiasm for learning and development
