Job Introduction
To support the delivery of learning and organisational development initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance across the business. This role contributes to building a strong learning culture and supports the implementation of strategic development programmes aligned with business goals.
Main responsibilities
1. Coordinate and administer internal and external training programmes, including technical, compliance, and leadership development.
2. Support the design and delivery of learning materials, presentations, and workshops.
3. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback forms, attendance tracking, and performance metrics.
4. Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is current and user-friendly.
5. Assist with apprenticeship and graduate programme coordination, including consulting with providers and tracking progress.
6. Support the Head of Organisational Development with the roll-out organisational development initiatives.
7. Prepare reports and dashboards on learning activity, compliance, and development outcomes.
8. Maintain accurate records of employee development plans and performance reviews.
9. Support budget tracking and invoice processing for L&D activities.
