About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Member to support operations at a busy accommodation site in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties
* Carrying out general maintenance and facilities duties across the property
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the student accommodation site
* Completing room checks and reporting maintenance issues
* Assisting with basic repairs and reactive maintenance tasks
* Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and well maintained
* Supporting health & safety procedures across site
* Assisting with deliveries, stock movement, and site set-up where required
* Providing excellent customer service to students, visitors, and contractors
* Responding to emergencies or on-site issues when required
What Were Looking For
* Previous facilities, maintenance, or handyman experience desirable
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable and proactive approach to work
* Comfortable working shifts and weekends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
