Carry out repairs and maintenance work as needed. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work closely with other team members and clients. Person Specifications Must Have Experience in painting and maintenance work. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with people. Eligibility to work in the UK with verified documents. Valid driving licence. Nice to Have Previous experience working in occupied buildings. Knowledge of safety and compliance guidelines.
