Job Title: Front Office Team Leader
Responsibilities:
1. Looking after the guests and ensuring they have an incredible experience with us.
2. Coaching and training team members.
3. Supervising and supporting the Front Office team.
4. Handling guest complaints effectively.
5. Managing daily front office operations.
6. Supervising front desk staff and assisting with accounting issues.
7. Ensuring department policies and procedures are understood and followed by all employees.
8. Performing additional duties as directed by Front Office Management.
Qualifications:
1. A warm, friendly personality with a passion for hospitality.
2. Experience in supervisory or team leader roles within hospitality.
3. Confidence to manage shifts and work independently.
4. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
5. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
6. A calm, organized approach under pressure.
7. Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
