AsiaX and China expansion team is looking for an experienced Program Ops Manager to join our central PMO team. The role involves making high-judgment, strategic decisions based on data and influencing global senior leadership to drive initiatives and product launches that foster business growth and enhance seller experience. The ideal candidate should handle ambiguity with resilience, influence diverse global leadership, manage complex programs, and make strategic decisions based on data and resources. Experience in autonomous work across various levels, from global to local teams, in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle large, complex data solutions, conduct strategic analysis, generate insights, and drive initiatives to improve seller experience and accelerate business growth.
2. Establish effective mechanisms to collaborate with sellers and business teams, identify problems, influence leadership, and implement scalable solutions with measurable impact.
3. Coordinate with worldwide PMO counterparts, Asia Global Selling PMO leadership, and business teams for roadmap prioritization and resource allocation based on data metrics; continuously improve communication processes.
4. Define and shape strategy based on data insights, utilizing Excel, SQL, Python, and dashboards to manage data, identify targets, and forecast trends.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau) or open-source projects.
* At least 3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
* Proficiency with statistical analysis packages (R, SAS, Matlab).
* SQL scripting and Python data processing experience.
* MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
* Experience in data mining, ETL, and working with large-scale datasets in a business environment.
* Background in e-commerce, tech/Internet, or strategy consulting.
