Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using diverse approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
2. Monitor student progress, maintain records, and set assessment targets in line with school policies to help students reach their full potential.
3. Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare and personal care of children and young people, following all relevant policies.
4. Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesiveness in all teaching activities.
5. Set homework regularly to consolidate learning and encourage student responsibility.
6. Track student achievement, monitor progress, and take appropriate actions.
7. Model professional conduct and personal presentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
* Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching Science at secondary or higher education levels.
* Strong knowledge of geographical theories, tools, and technologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
